Jihun Han is a seasoned public affairs and government relations professional with experience spanning federal agencies, Capitol Hill, and political campaigns. He most recently served as Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Labor under Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer, managing agency operations, coordinating policy development, and working closely with senior Trump Administration leaders on regulatory and workforce priorities. He also served as Chief of Staff in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he oversaw staff operations, advised on legislative strategy, and coordinated with White House policy teams and interagency partners. Beyond government service, Han brings extensive experience in political strategy and organizational leadership: managing campaigns, advising candidates and advocacy organizations, and leading fundraising, coalition building, and public messaging efforts. He also held roles in Oregon state government, developing expertise in legislative processes, communications strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Han holds a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Syracuse University.
